In this talk, we will explore how to make your initial virtual connection a powerful, trust-building experience, what information your client is actually looking for when deciding on a practitioner, and how to use this to build rapport and kick-start your work together.

 Learning Objectives:

 1) Discover how to structure your “about you” section to create engagement
