CDC 2017 Pre-conference Free Workshop- BCIT’s Advanced Placement and Prior Learning (APPL) program

Thursday, March 16th, 2017 at 12:00 pm PST

occupationsBCIT’s Corporate & Industry Training is well known by career development professionals, but did you know that we now look at the workplace training and education acquired by individuals and translate into this into post-secondary credits?  This allows individuals to receive recognition for their life’s experiences and puts them on a fast track towards earning a credential.

Organizations such as McDonald’s Canada have taken advantage of this program to further educate their employees, help them receive recognition for their in-house training, and to use this as a recruitment and retention tool.

Join us March 16, 2017 at 12:00 pm PST for a webinar to learn about BCIT’s Advanced Placement and Prior Learning (APPL) program and to find out more about how you can take advantage of this for yourself, your organization, or your clients!  You can also visit us at our booth at the 2017 BC Career Development Conference in Vancouver!
